The Heurigenort Grinzing is just a few steps away, as many highly recommended restaurants. The bus station is almost on the doorstep. From here you can easily reach the underground U4 direction city center (20 minutes). You can start beautiful hikes or running tours in the Vienna Woods right outside the front door.
Our accommodation for up to 2 adults (optional on demand is extra sleeping space for 2 children in the gallery is possible) is a completely renovated and designed by architects attic apartment. It has a bedroom with double bed. An internal staircase leads you to a gallery completely glazed to the living room for relaxing, watching TV or reading. For children this is of course the ideal "hidden" sleeping place. There you will also find another highlight of the apartment: our network in which you can chill over the corridor like floating on a sailing ship. A living space with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table provides additional sleeping space for two on a sofa bed. In the living room, the wide, comfortably upholstered window sills are ideal for relaxing. The living room also has a desk for your home office. The bathroom has a shower and bath and a washer / dryer. There is a separate toilet from the bathroom. From the apartment you can enjoy a magnificent view of Grinzing, the Kahlenberg and the green surroundings of the Vienna Woods. The apartment has no elevator and is located on the 3rd floor.
