Our 65m2 holiday flat is situated in the trendy 7th district of Vienna (Neubau) and is located on the second floor (with elevator) within a splendiferous renovated Viennese style building built in the 19th century ("Gründerzeit"). It is very central, but the surroundings are very quiet. In addition, the building which the apartment is located in offers the typical charm of the old Viennese style architecture and offers an inner courtyard with a garden.

The apartment is 65m2 and was renovated at the beginning of 2016 and is partly newly furnished. There is enough space for up to 4 people + 2 babies/toddlers.

The apartment style is modern and cosy. For families with babies / toddlers we offer all sorts of amenities so as: toys, baby beds, a stroller, a potty, a rocking horse, a high chair and toys.

As we are living in the same building we are available for you and to answer any of your questions.

Infrastructure is excellent. There are 4 supermarkets within a radius of 150m.
Vienna’s biggest shopping street (Mariahilferstraße) is about 150m away (here you can also find various restaurants and bars).

The closest metro station (U3 - Zieglergasse) is 250m away and can be reached within 5 minutes by walking. Therefore you are just 10 minutes away from downtown Vienna (1st district).

There are also a lot of sights close to the apartment to visit and can be reached within a few minutes’ walk.
