The up to 20m² studio is spacious and has a cozy double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a kitchenette and a bathroom. The equipment includes a flat screen TV, dishwasher, kettle, hob and microwave.
So you can always serve yourself something delicious are also included dishes, glasses, bowls, pots and cooking utensils.
A weekly cleaning is included.

The SMARTments is located in the beautiful district of Heiligenstadt and is in the immediate vicinity of the Danube. There are also shopping facilities and some gastronomic offers within walking distance.
Directly opposite the house is the subway stop Wien Heiligenstadt with which you can reach the city center of Vienna within 15 minutes. There are also numerous shopping opportunities and gastronomic offers as well as famous sights such as the Schloss Belvedere, the Hundertwasserhaus, the Vienna Prater and St. Stephen's Cathedral.
