Far away from the hustle and bustle at 1500 meters, our SPA COMFORT SUITE is located directly on the ski slope on the Kanzelhöhe, a sub-summit of the Gerlitzen Alpe, with a unique view over Carinthia to the Karawanken.

The equipment is of high quality, comfortable and cozy. In the living room and bedroom there is a smart TV with streaming portals (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.), the kitchen is fully equipped; Vinegar/oil, mustard/ketchup, flour/sugar, etc., but also coffee capsules for espresso and soda stream. 4-in-1 microwave with grill and baking function.

Private wellness oasis with steam bath, infrared cabin, tropical and alpine power shower, massage options with various devices; Balcony with wooden furniture, curtains to protect you from the wind and privacy, black-light infrared radiators for cozy evenings outdoors.

Two new electric mountain bikes (29" men / 27" women) are available free of charge for the entire stay, cellar compartment for ski and luggage storage.

Ski out / ski in - the apartment house is located directly on a ski trail, via which the mountain station of the Kanzelbahn and the valley station of the Gipfelbahn with restaurant can be reached in approx. 800 meters.

The suite can be reached via a toll road (9km); our guests receive a ticket for free use! Parking space in the parking garage included! Fast Internet via WIFI!

The apartment house is located on the "Kanzelhöhe", a sub-summit of the Gerlitzen Alpe, at 1500m. The Kanzelbahn, a cable car from Annenehim am Ossiachersee, runs up to here. From the Kanzelhöhe, the summit lift runs as a 4-seater chairlift to the summit at 1900 meters. The Kanzelhöhe can be reached via a toll road (free for our guests) (9km) from Treffen am Ossiachersee (note: no supermarket on the mountain!). With the Kanzelbahn you can reach the lido at Ossiacher See in a few minutes, via the ski path you can ski directly from the apartment to the lifts (ski out/ski in). Great ski area, endless hikes, mountain biking (2 new E-MTBs included in your stay free of charge). A large forest rope climbing garden is in the immediate vicinity
