My listing with the model annual fee is not displayed online on, although I have entered all the data.

This may have several reasons. If you have just created your apartment recently, it can still be checked by us. After we have looked through all your data, we will put your listing online.

If you have already been a customer for a longer period, your yearly contract is not automatically prolonged for another year. You must pay the annual fee before the end of your listing period, otherwise the apartment automatically goes offline. If you then pay the annual fee, we will put it online again.
