This is a large place, very comfortable. It is managed very well by Peter, who was incredibly prompt with
all of our email exchanges, was friendly, and made the process of getting into the apt once we arrived
from a long journal, quite easy. The building was quiet (see below, however), it is located in a good area: it is neither on a main thoroughfare or a busy street. There's a church in front of it. The 2 U lines were about 10 mins away. There are grocery stores, shops, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Taxi service was directly in front of the building. All in all, a very good value for the money.
One minor complaint: the coffee maker was broken (I had to jerry-rig it make it work), and the shower head needed to be tightened to stay in place (no, I did not call Peter to have these addressed, I am sure he would).
One larger issue: there was construction in the adjacent building. This meant being woken up early in the morning by the racket of drilling/machinery/people working. I feel that this (temporary) inconvenience was significant and I should have been alerted about it prior to accepting the contract.
