Our apartment is 52m ². It consists of a large living room with a separate kitchen and a spacious living room with a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The large bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a large washbasin.
The bedroom has a double bed and a small open wardrobe.
The living room has an access to the balcony which is equipped with balcony furniture. It faces south-west and offers a great view of the Kitzsteinhorn and the surrounding mountains.

Our new renovated and rebuilt house is located 2 km outside the center of Kaprun and is only 2 minutes from the next bus stop. We completed the new building in 2018 and offer this new 52m² apartment.
