The ground floor apartment is located in the green courtyard of the manor house and is due to its orientation into the garden absolutely quiet. It has anteroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom and toilet.

One of the highlights of the apartment is definitely the direct garden access. In the garden there is a children's playground, which can of course be shared. Barbecue and bar are available by arrangement.

Despite the central location the accommodation is really quiet, as it is located in the courtyard.

Since I live on the first floor of the house, I will be at the disposal of my guests during their stay. If I am not present, I can of course be reached by telephone and will take care of all matters as soon as possible.

Right in front of the house is a stop of the tram line 71 and in about 5 minutes you reach the subway station U3 Zippererstraße. With both transports you can go directly to the city center in just 15 minutes. During the week, public transport departs until midnight. On weekends (Friday and Saturday) the subway runs through the night.
Directly on the Simmeringer Hauptstraße there are parking possibilities - some areas are short parking area. These are, of course, indicated as such.

In the surroundings there are many shopping possibilities (among other things grocery stores, shopping center).

Wir wohnten zu viert (3 Erwachsene und ein Dackel) 3 Tage in der Wohnung, waren rundum zufrieden und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die grosszügige Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig, gegen den Innenhof des älteren Herrenhauses, gelegen. Von der Wohnung aus können die Wiener Innenstadt, die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch der Hauptbahnhof bequem per ÖV erreichte werden. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter war telefonisch immer erreichbar und konnte uns gut beraten. Fragen vor dem Aufenthalt wurden per Mail sofort beantwortet. Es ist sogar möglich, beim Herrn des Hauses ein Frühstück oder einen kleinen Imbiss zu bestellen. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und die Gastfreundschaft!

Es war für uns einfach ideal, da unser Sohn auch in Simmering wohnt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet (also auch Kaffee, Filter, Milch, Küchenrollen, WC-Papier, etc. etc. ), herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter .... auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, durchaus auch für längere Aufenthalte.

sehr sauberes, wirklich großes Appartment. Perfekt für 1 Woche, oder mehr, in Wien. super Verkehrsanbindung da Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür, U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch ums Eck. Falls man etwas benötigt oder Fragen hat, kann man sich jederzeit an den Besitzer wenden. gerne wieder!
