Far away from the hustle and bustle at 1500 meters, our family garden suite is located directly on the ski slope on the Kanzelhöhe, a sub-summit of the Gerlitzen Alpe, with a unique view over Carinthia to the Karawanken.

The equipment is of high quality, comfortable and cozy. In the living room and in all bedrooms there is a smart TV with streaming portals (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.), the kitchen is fully equipped; Vinegar/oil, mustard/ketchup, flour/sugar, etc., but also coffee capsules for espresso and soda stream. 4-in-1 microwave with grill and baking function.

Master bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds (own WLAN circuit can be switched off). Directly from the living room access to the terrace and the private (not fenced) garden. When arriving with a dog, there is the option of enclosing the garden with a mobile dog fence.
The terrace door can be locked from the outside, which has the advantage that the staircase does not always have to be used.

A selection of red and white wines and beer is prepared (free of charge) in the fridge.

Ski out / ski in - the apartment house is located directly on a ski trail, via which the mountain station of the Kanzelbahn and the valley station of the Gipfelbahn with restaurant can be reached in approx. 800 meters.

The suite can be reached via a toll road (9km); our guests receive a ticket for free use! Parking space in the parking garage included! Fast internet via WiFi!

The apartment house is located on the "Kanzelhöhe", a sub-summit of the Gerlitzen Alpe, at 1500m. The Kanzelbahn, a cable car from Annenehim am Ossiachersee, runs up to here. From the Kanzelhöhe, the summit lift runs as a 4-seater chairlift to the summit at 1900 meters. The Kanzelhöhe can be reached via a toll road (free for our guests) (9km) from Treffen am Ossiachersee (note: no supermarket on the mountain!). With the Kanzelbahn you can reach the lido at Ossiacher See in a few minutes, via the ski path you can ski directly from the apartment to the lifts (ski out/ski in). Great ski area, endless hikes, mountain biking. A large forest rope climbing garden is in the immediate vicinity
