What do the options at „Local tax“ mean?

For the correct calculation and presentation of the price we need the following information from you:

• Is the local tax included in the price or do you charge it extra
• Choose if you are taxable with VAT or according to § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG not
• Choose if you rent your apartment as private person or if you have the trade licence for a hotel

Local tax refers to specific taxes that have to be paid to the municipality, such as local taxes in Vienna, tourist taxes, etc.
